A natural reality of being alive is that one day you are going to come to the end of your life. When that day arrives, what do you want to say about the life you lived?
While this may be like a topic you’d rather avoid, the truth is that taking some time to think about this now can help you lead a much more fulfilling life.
Think in detail about how you want to feel about your life when you come to the end of it and if your priorities, beliefs and behaviours today are not aligned with it, it’s time to make some changes.
Make sure that when your physical heart transitions from an engaged energy with this lifetime to a peaceful silence, that your soul’s heart is filled with the greatest joy and sense of fulfillment for the life you lived.
On April 8th, 2013 I had the great pleasure of interviewing Dr. Karen Wyatt on my radio show, Peace World Radio. As a hospice physician she has spent many hours with patients at the end of their lives and from them she has learned about what really matters to them in their final days. Dr. Wyatt says that we can discover this NOW and with this knowledge begin to fulfill our purpose and potential, without having to wait until our last breaths. I hope you’ll take a moment to listen to this enlightening show. Click here to listen to it.
