Books and Poetry
I can’t say enough wonderful things about this book. It came into my life as I was trying to navigate my way through one of the most challenging times I had ever faced. I had lost 7 loved ones in 4 years. The emotional landscape of my life barely resembled what I had once known. I was using every skill I knew of to transform all the heartbreak and grief I was experiencing into Love and not descend into despair. This book was like a lighthouse beacon that shone brightly through thick fog and safely guided me home.
Such a beautiful book! It’s one of those books that I have had for years and keep going back to because the the author does such a great job of taking me right back to where I need to be.
I hope you will take a moment to click here and read this incredibly beautiful poem. It speaks of the triumphant nature of the human spirit, to not break, to choose Love over of Fear, to not give up, no matter what you have to walk through, to not give up. It touched my heart so deeply.
These are the best sprouting seeds I’ve found. I’ve used many different seeds from them: sunflower, broccoli, crunchy bean, red clover, ancient eastern blend, pea, crimson lentils and fenugreek. My experience has been that all the seeds germinate and the result is luscious, succulent sprouts and shoots. They make sprouting easy!
